Will NA sign a court card?
Some will, some will not, and the only way to know is to ask that group. NA itself keeps no attendance records, so a signature is a member doing you a favor rather than an official document. Bring the slip with you rather than expecting the group to have one.
Is a sponsor the same as a counselor?
One member helping another, which is most of how the fellowship passes anything on. The usual way it happens is that you hear somebody speak, decide you want what they have, and ask them after the meeting. None of this is needed for a first visit.
