Will NA sign a court card?

Many groups will sign a slip, but it is the group's decision rather than a rule of the fellowship. Some groups decline on the grounds that it brings outside business into the room, which is their tradition to apply. Arriving early is the practical version of this.

Can I go to a meeting with my son or daughter?

Yes to open meetings. A closed meeting is kept for people there about their own using. Nobody will ask which of you is the member. If they are not ready to go at all, going yourself is still allowed.
