Questions about NA in Dayton
How many meetings are near Dayton?
39 meetings sit in Dayton itself.
Do meetings run on Saturday and Sunday?
There are 11 weekend meetings on the list above.
Is there an accessible venue in Dayton?
There are 28 accessible venues within reach.
Are there meetings outside working hours?
Start times run from 10:00 AM through to 8:00 PM.
Are there open meetings in Dayton?
Open meetings account for 29 of the 39 above.
Is there a cost to attend an NA meeting?
There is no fee and no membership to buy. Groups are self supporting through their own members' contributions, which is where the basket comes from. Treatment is a separate question with separate costs, and meetings are not that.
How long does an NA meeting last?
About an hour. Some run ninety minutes and a few run thirty. Nobody is counted in or out, so a short visit is still a visit. Take a seat near the back or the door if you may need to leave.
Which meeting should I go to first?
An open discussion meeting is the easiest kind to walk into. A discussion meeting has members talking in turn, and a speaker meeting is mostly one person's story. Try two or three over a couple of weeks before deciding anything.
