Yes in some places and not in others, which is an honest answer rather than a useful one. An absent label means nobody filled the field in, not that the meeting is in English. A meeting that has not named a language is usually run in English.

Can I go to AA if I am on medication?

Yes. There is no rule anywhere on this, and no group may make one for you. The literature is explicit that medical questions belong with a doctor rather than with the group. A larger meeting usually has a wider mix of views in it.
